If this hasn't been done yet, you will see the Activate LIVE button in the main menu on your device. In most cases, the car dealer will have already activated LIVE Services ready for you to use.
LIVE Services can only be activated if you bought your car with a built-in TomTom LIVE device* in any of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. Before you can use LIVE Services on your built-in navigation device, they have to be activated.
